These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GetItBooked platform ("Service"), operated by Made By Caffeinated Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GetItBooked provides a booking management platform including an embeddable widget, admin dashboard, and payment processing via Stripe Connect. We act as a technology provider — not a party to any booking between operators and their customers.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
We charge a percentage-based platform fee on each completed booking, as displayed on our pricing page at the time of the transaction. Payments are processed by Stripe. By using the Service you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the operator's own policies. We facilitate the refund process but are not responsible for disputes between operators and their customers.

The Service, its design, code, and branding are owned by Made By Caffeinated Ltd. You retain ownership of any content you upload. By using the Service you grant us a licence to host, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Made By Caffeinated Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
To provide the Service, we rely on third-party providers including Cloudflare, AWS, and Neon for infrastructure and hosting, Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email delivery, and PostHog for consent-based analytics. Your use of the Service includes our use of these providers on your behalf where needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain data as required by law or legitimate business purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
